Frequently asked questions
Will newsletters affect my business email?
No. Newsletters are sent from a separate subdomain over a separate sending route. Even if a campaign gets complaints, your everyday email keeps reaching inboxes.
Can I upload a purchased list?
No. You may only email people who have given you permission. Purchased, rented or scraped lists are not allowed, and sending is paused automatically when bounce or complaint rates rise.
Who is responsible for recipient consent?
You are. Your company is responsible for collecting consent and, where required, registering it in the national consent system (İYS in Türkiye). Every contact keeps the source and date of consent you provide.
How do people unsubscribe?
Every email has an unsubscribe link and the one-click unsubscribe header required by Gmail and Yahoo. Unsubscribed people are never emailed again.
Do I need to be a Perap Mail customer?
Yes. Newsletter sending is an add-on to Perap Mail plans and is enabled for each company after a short review.
How fast does a campaign go out?
Roughly 15,000 recipients per hour, within your package's daily limit.
