Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Migration and setup support is included in every plan at no extra cost. If you buy a new domain, the domain registration fee is paid to the registrar.
Will I lose any email during the switch?
No. We plan the switch so that no message is lost; messages that reach your old provider during the change are moved over as well.
How long does it take?
Most setups are completed the same day. DNS changes can take a few hours to spread across the internet.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We handle the technical steps; you only need access to your domain account or let us guide you through it.
What do you need from me for the migration?
Access to your current mailboxes. We recommend changing those passwords once the migration is complete.
I do not have a domain. Can I still start?
Yes. We help you choose and register a domain in your company's name, then set up everything on top of it.
