Frequently asked questions
Do I need to change my DNS records?
No. The SPF record you already added for Perap Mail covers the dedicated IP too. We make all other settings on our side.
Is incoming email affected?
No. The dedicated IP is only used for outgoing email. Your MX record and incoming email stay the same.
We have several domains. Can only some of them use it?
Yes. The dedicated IP can be set per domain.
