These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Perap Mail business email service (the "Service") provided by PERAP LLC (the "Provider"). Companies and individuals using the Service (the "Customer") are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2. Scope of the Service
The Service lets the Customer create mailboxes on its own domain and use them through webmail and standard email apps, together with features such as calendar and contacts, the company panel and the AI assistant. Plan details (number of mailboxes, storage, etc.) are shown at the time of purchase.
3. Account and security
- The Customer is responsible for keeping the information provided at sign-up accurate and up to date.
- The Customer is responsible for keeping passwords and two-step verification devices confidential, and must notify the Provider immediately if unauthorized use of the account is suspected.
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring that mailboxes it opens for its users are used in accordance with these Terms.
- Before mailboxes can be created on a domain, the Customer's ownership of the domain must be verified through DNS records.
4. Acceptable use
The Service may not be used for:
- sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or unauthorized commercial messages,
- phishing, fraud, or distributing malware or malicious links,
- impersonation, concealing identity, or content that infringes the rights of third parties,
- any activity that violates applicable law,
- any action that endangers the security of the Service or its use by other customers.
Hourly and daily sending limits apply to protect the security of the Service and its email reputation. If a breach of this section is suspected, the Provider may temporarily suspend the relevant mailbox or account without prior notice.
5. Fees and payment
- The Service is billed annually per domain, payable in advance. Current prices are shown on the website and in the company panel.
- Subscriptions renew for the same period at the end of each term unless the Customer cancels. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.
- The Service may be suspended for unpaid subscriptions. During suspension incoming email continues to be accepted; access is restored once payment is made.
- Fees paid in advance are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- The Provider may change its prices; changes apply from the next renewal term and are announced in advance.
6. Data
- Mailbox content belongs to the Customer. The Provider processes it only to provide and secure the Service and to meet its legal obligations.
- Details on the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Notice.
- When the contract ends, mailboxes and their content are deleted. The Customer is responsible for backing up its data before termination.
7. Availability
The Provider uses reasonable efforts to provide the Service securely and without interruption. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by internet infrastructure, third-party services or force majeure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by the Customer for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
9. Intellectual property
The software, design, trademarks and content of the Service belong to the Provider. The Customer is granted only a right to use the Service for the duration of the subscription.
10. Termination
The Customer may end its subscription at any time through the company panel or by written notice to the Provider. The Provider may terminate these Terms immediately in case of a material breach.
11. Changes
The Provider may update these Terms. Material changes are notified to the Customer by email; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the Provider is registered. Mandatory rights of consumers under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence remain unaffected.
