Email content is processed automatically only for delivery and protection against spam and malware. Our website uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
Digital governance
EU Digital Services Act
We have a single point of contact for reports of abuse and illegal content, review reports promptly and explain our decisions.
EU Data Act
Export your data at any time over standard protocols or as MBOX. When the contract ends you have 30 days to retrieve it, and switching providers is free of charge.
EU e-Evidence
We disclose data to authorities only under a valid legal order, share only the minimum required and notify the customer beforehand where the law allows.
Artificial intelligence
EU AI Act
Perap Assistant is optional, clearly labeled as AI in the interface, and reminds users to review AI-generated text before sending.
Security practices
Encrypted connections, two-step verification, access controls, activity logs and regular backups protect every account.
